Going through the rough draft now to edit it into my final draft isn't going too badly. I realized that my thesis statement didn't really cover everything that i cover in the whole paper. It did at some point, so i changed it, but it ends with a question which might not be good, but i couldn't come up with another way to do it. I forgot to introduce my sources, so I'm going back and doing that in a couple places. Then after I put my works cited in alphabetical order, I should be done.

Barone, Jennifer. type='text'>Research History

Throughout high school, most of the papers we had to write were research. I think the longest one I wrote then was a 7 page paper. It was hard to find book sources because our library was so small, but it was required to have at least one. Here it's way easier to find sources in books, this library's massive compared to my small town high school library. Anyway, I don't mind doing research if I like my subject. If it's some subject assigned to me that i have no interest in at all, I'll have a hard time writing it, but who likes researching something that doesn't give them back anything. If I learn something, that's pretty cool. haha. In English 101 we wrote maybe two research papers. Those only had to be 3-5 pages I believe. Mine always ended up being around 7. We had to write a paper on a trend, and I chose digital cameras. I had so much information on it, and I liked learning about it. My professor liked the amount of information about the trend I had, but I failed to talk in depth about the background cause from what he said. I only had two paragraphs discussing it.

katie
